Thomas R. Hurry, President
Tom Hurry co-founded KEH Insurance Agency in 1996 and currently serves as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a founding member of The Technology Leaders of the Delaware Valley, a founding member of the Advisory Board for the School of Insurance & Risk Management at Rowan University; Roher College of Business, President of the Board of Directors at Cedar Lane Missionary Homes and a leader in the LHBC Camden Street Ministry and most recently was appointed to The Hartford Insurance Group's National Advisory Board for Small Business.
He provides insurance consulting services for non-profit organizations in the area and does expert witness and opinion work for regional law firms. Over the years Tom has been a member of national and local producer councils for several insurance companies, co-founded a Stephen Ministry chapter (and served as a Director, Leader and Trainer) and served as a member of the Deacon/Trustee Board at his church.
Tom started his insurance career in 1973 as a Territorial Marketing Executive with the Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. and worked at the Haddonfield and Newark branch offices in New Jersey. While training with the Aetna, he received national recognition as valedictorian of the Home Office Sales and Underwriting School. In 1977 Tom began his career in the insurance brokerage community as Vice President of the VanSyckle Insurance Agency in Bound Brook, NJ. He continued that career as Executive Vice President and equity partner at Bowers, Schumann & Welch in Washington, NJ and as Chief Operations Officer and an equity partner at Bob Smith Associates in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Tom graduated from Edgewood Regional High School in 1969 and from Montclair State University in 1973 with a co-major in business administration & mathematics. While in school at various times he served as President of Student Government, Treasurer of the National Honor Society, Treasurer of Lambda Chi Delta Fraternity and was a member of the wrestling and baseball teams.

Steven Kantor, MLIS - Executive Vice President
Steven Kantor is Executive Vice President of KEH Insurance Agency. His past experience includes co-founding The Complete Enrollment Insurance Agency and Managing Director of the Philadelphia office of JeffersonWells International, an international advisory and consulting firm.
He is the founding member and Chair of the Technology Leaders of the Delaware Valley. He was also founding member of The Philadelphia Board for Corporate Governance, a forum for leaders of publicly traded companies in the Philadelphia region. He is a member of the advisory board of the George and Lois Krall Center for Corporate and Executive Education at Drexel University and the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University. He is also a member of the advisory board of The CARES Institute at The University of Medicine and Dentistry (UMDNJ) where he has created and is the founding Chair of The Calling All Angels Gala. He is a member of the advisory board of The National Philanthropic Trust and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement Delaware Valley and the Board of Trustees of Rutgers University (Camden, NJ).
Steve has been a judge of the Wharton School of Business business plan competition (2004-2009), a judge in the Fox School of Business at Temple University business plan competition in 2005 and a judge in the Rohrer College of Business business plan competition (2010, 2011).
In 2004, he was awarded “40 Under 40” by the Philadelphia Business Journal and received The Leadership Award from The Multiple Sclerosis Society in 2004.
Steve was co-founder of eldersearch.com, an online portal dedicated to supporting caregivers of those suffering from Alzheimers disease. The company was acquired by The Fischer Foundation for Research in 2001.
Steve earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University in 1989 and has completed various graduate level courses and executive training from Rutgers University, Drexel University and The Center for Creative Leadership. He completed a graduate certificate program in finance from LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and ongoing courses in Professional Liability from the International Risk Management Institute.
Steve earned the Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) designation from The International Risk Management Institute. The MLIS is an insurance certification identifying an individual who has satisfactorily completed examinations covering various aspects of management liability exposures and insurance. The program emphasizes insurance policies written to cover directors & officers (D&O), fiduciary, and employment practices liability (EPL).

David Johnson, Business Development Manager
David Johnson is a Business Development Manager in the Main Street Division at KEH Insurance Agency. David started his Insurance career 17 years ago as a Product Specialist and Sales Advisor for Underwriters Marketing Service. Most recently he served as a sales and marketing representative with the Allstate Group of insurance companies. He offers a broad base of expert knowledge in Personal Insurance products.
His extensive background in sales and marketing include Business Development Manager at Comcast-Universal for 7 years where he co-managed Comcast's Telemarketing division during the fiber-optic internet services and implemented a sales CRM software solution unique to the industry at that time to track sales and measure results. His background also includes the Music Industry with RCA/A&M/Arista Records where he held varied positions in Sales and Marketing. David worked on many successful marketing campaigns for international & US artists earning several gold and platinum sales awards for his contributions along the way. He also worked with The American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers (ASCAP) and dealt specifically in the work of enforcing copyright law and intellectual property rights successfully in the Delaware Valley region. He also worked in the Publishing industry for a global 20th Century design magazine, "Echoes" as a marketing and appraisal agent.
David belongs to a number of local business associations in the area and graduated from the Dale Carnegie School of Leadership. David graduated from Moorestown High School and holds a Bachelor of Science from Thomas Edison University and a Computer Sciences Certification from The Philadelphia CLC.
